About This Role
- Drive product strategy and execution for PDIO, converting vision into measurable outcomes and roadmaps.
- Lead product discovery and improve developer experience by identifying and resolving workflow friction using quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Own delivery of PDIO capabilities including backlog prioritization, agile execution, and communicating product outcomes to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years total experience with over 3 years in Product Management or similar roles in technical product management or engineering efficiency.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (B.E. / B.Tech / M.S. / M.Tech / MCA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in product discovery, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery are mandatory.
- Strong collaborator management and communication skills working across technical, product development, and engineering teams required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with Developer Platforms, Developer Experience (DX), Engineering Productivity, or Platform Engineering products preferred.
- Ability to interpret engineering data including DORA metrics and SDLC workflows to inform product decisions and prioritization.
- Experienced in Agile environments with strong ownership, initiative, and ability to translate strategy into measurable action without close supervision.
