About This Role
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple software development teams, ensuring smooth sprint execution and delivery.
- Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) boards to maintain accurate tracking of work items, backlogs, and team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput).
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, remove impediments, and support cross-team coordination and dependency management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software/application development teams.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, queries, dashboards, and workflows.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred but not required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced coordinating and coaching multiple Agile teams in enterprise-level or large-scale Agile environments.
- Proficient in using data-driven approaches to analyze team metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder software development settings, possibly including healthcare IT domain.
