About This Role
- Lead and execute advanced penetration tests and security assessments for applications, networks, and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement security testing plans, methodologies, and reporting standards across SDLC.
- Mentor junior security engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure remediation and secure product development.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-14 years of experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security incident response.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Mandatory certifications: CISSP, CISA, GSEC, Security+, or GCIH.
- Location: Bangalore; Mode of Work: Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in managing end-to-end security testing programs and mentoring security engineers.
- Hands-on experience with security tools like Nessus, Burp Suite, Qualys, and Nmap, plus expertise in threat modeling and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, architecture, DevOps, and risk teams for security integration and incident remediation.
