About This Role
- Own analysis and insight generation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across Citi Personal Banking Operations including Customer Service, Credit Operations, and Collections.
- Drive strategy and process improvements by gathering operational data, identifying trends, and recommending actionable solutions leveraging analytics and automation.
- Mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert to support decision-making and implementation of data-driven operational strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience with a Master's degree or 6+ years with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain.
- Strong coding expertise in SQL, PySpark, Python, and SAS; experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analytics solution development.
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI solutions applied to automate operations processes and enhance productivity.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau; knowledge of banking operations and regulatory environment preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational analytics and process improvement within financial services, particularly banking operations domains like Contact Centers and Collections.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to translate complex data insights into actionable business decisions and automation solutions.
- Skilled in leveraging programming and BI tools to build end-to-end analytics solutions, with demonstrated ability to lead and mentor peers in a collaborative environment.
