About This Role
- Support consulting team on real estate strategy projects including market research, financial analysis, report writing, and presentations.
- Assist in delivery of strategy engagements like market assessments, feasibility studies, and investment strategies across residential, office, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Prepare detailed market study reports, client pitches, and presentations; contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience preferred in real estate market research, property analysis, or financial analysis, ideally within real estate advisory or consultancy.
- Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
- On-site work at Gurugram, Haryana location.
- Proficiency in market research, financial modeling (Excel), and real estate market metrics knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-sector real estate strategy projects with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, and market insights with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a consulting environment with multiple stakeholders, managing tasks under demanding deadlines.
