About This Role
- Manage end-to-end deployment and tracking of shift cabs for associates, ensuring timely and optimized transport services in Hyderabad.
- Monitor cab occupancy and seat optimization while overseeing transport billing and various transport models usage.
- Use transport apps (Moveinsync) and Excel to analyze transport reports and optimize routes with a focus on Hyderabad geography.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation degree mandatory.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in transport or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of transport billing patterns and transport models required.
- On-site role based in Hyderabad; must be proficient in Telugu and willing to work rotational shifts, 6 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling transport logistics in an urban Indian metro, specifically Hyderabad, with route and transport app expertise.
- Capable of working operationally with detailed transport data and optimizing cab occupancy through Excel and transport apps.
- Comfortable working on-site in rotational shifts managing transport deployment and monitoring at scale.
