About This Role
- Own and administer the global Google Cloud Platform environment including landing zones and JLL applications across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Manage platform as a product: define roadmap, prioritize enhancements, automate provisioning and configuration through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and ensure platform reliability and security compliance.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to set architecture, policies, standards, track requests end-to-end, and ensure platform alignment with security, governance, and enterprise architecture requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years overall professional experience with 5+ years hands-on in Google Cloud Platform engineering and administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; GCP certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect or Cloud Security Engineer preferred.
- Proven experience owning cloud platform end-to-end including security, automation, and stakeholder management.
- On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform including project organization, IAM, networking, GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, and associated services.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and modern CI/CD pipelines for automation.
- Demonstrated capability to operate with a product ownership mindset for cloud platforms, balancing security, compliance, automation, and user experience across global and regional environments.
