About This Role
- Lead and manage a central PMO team of 10-15 specialists overseeing a multi-geography portfolio in EMEA and APAC regions.
- Establish and mature PMO governance frameworks, standardized processes, and reporting templates to ensure consistent portfolio execution and delivery visibility.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide executive-level reporting, data-driven insights, and portfolio prioritization aligning with strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in PMO and program leadership with proven PMO setup and maturity.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary PMO teams managing complex, multi-portfolio programs across multiple geographies.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and advanced MS Excel; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
- On-site location: Gurugram, India. PMP certification is desirable but not mandatory.

- Experienced in establishing and maturing centralized PMO functions with strong governance and process standardization skills.
- Skilled in multi-portfolio program management across diverse geographic regions with strategic stakeholder communication.
- Comfortable operating in large matrix organizations partnering with senior leaders and preparing executive and board-level reports.
