About This Role
- Own end-to-end transport services ensuring vehicles depart on appointed times with accurate logging of start time and kilometre readings.
- Maintain 24/7 transport helpdesk for call logging, query resolution, incident reporting, and communication with transport teams.
- Prepare and manage transport documentation including work orders, daily/weekly/monthly transport reports, and coordination with vendor supervisors.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 1+ years experience in transport management, preferably in a BPO setting (JD mentions 3-5 years preferred).
- Knowledge of routing, geographical areas, and local language.
- Work location: Bangalore (Yemlur), On-site with rotational shifts.
