About This Role
- Deliver high-quality lease abstraction, document matching, and review to accurately capture lease details into databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate lease documentation, escalate issues as needed, and validate landlord invoice compliance.
- Document processes, train and audit new team members, and contribute to team efforts while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (University Graduate).
- 1-3 years of experience in lease abstraction, preferably commercial real estate leases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience with property management/lease administration systems.
- On-site work required in Gurugram location.

- Experienced in commercial lease abstraction with strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately under tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and handling multiple stakeholder interactions.
- Skilled in project management, communication, and process documentation to train and mentor team members effectively.
