About This Role
- Support delivery of project initiatives and operational governance across multiple enterprise application teams.
- Manage small-scale Enterprise Application projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and timely delivery within Microsoft and business intelligence platforms.
- Maintain project documentation, track audit deliverables, monitor governance milestones, and facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2-4 years of professional experience including Microsoft technologies like Office 365 and project coordination or management experience.
- Experience maintaining project documentation in SharePoint and supporting audit or governance tracking.
- Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating or managing IT projects involving Office 365 and related collaboration/work management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Monday.com).
- Comfortable working with audit, compliance, and governance processes related to enterprise applications.
- Capable of liaising between technical teams and business stakeholders, with ability to track project risks and KPIs effectively.
