About This Role
- Oversee daily on-site facility operations ensuring implementation and maintenance of building procedures and performance measures.
- Manage client relationships, addressing facilities-related concerns and meeting client expectations consistently.
- Control site financials including budget management and vendor contract coordination to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' experience managing a property, preferably commercial.
- Experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets.
- On-site work location in Gurugram, Haryana.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in property/facility management.

- Strong capability in health and safety compliance and vendor management.
- Organized and analytical with ability to plan workload proactively and solve problems systematically.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams through training and coaching to enhance performance and client satisfaction.
