About This Role
- Lead operational delivery and support services across Data Integrations, including Service Delivery, DBA, Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, EDW, BI Reporting, and Shared Services.
- Manage multiple managers and large cross-functional teams ensuring SLA attainment, operational stability, governance compliance, and strategic initiative execution.
- Own service transitions, continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and executive reporting while driving operational transformation and modernization within US healthcare data ecosystems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive IT experience with minimum 6+ years managing large, senior leadership and multi-layered teams.
- Proven experience managing large offshore delivery organizations supporting US healthcare applications/platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework; ITIL Foundation Certification or higher preferred.
