About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain complex .NET Core 8.0+ / .NET / C# applications, custom APIs, and system integrations for KYC business line.
- Contribute to solution design and technical decisions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to uphold technical standards.
- Collaborate with global teams across stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure system stability through testing and issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in .NET Core 8.0+ / .NET / C# development with expertise in custom API development and system integration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and consumption, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth), front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js or Angular), and SQL query tuning in MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AWS deployments for .NET, Docker, Kubernetes (including YAML manifests), GitHub, Jenkins CI/CD; exposure to Unix commands and complex matrix global teams.

- Senior software engineer with deep expertise in scalable, secure .NET Core applications and system integrations within complex, global matrix organizations.
- Experienced in handling multiple projects with varying priorities and mentoring junior staff, contributing strategically to architectural and technical directions.
- Preference for candidates with banking domain experience specifically with Actimize, AML, KYC, fraud solutions, and exposure to AI-based solutions or NoSQL (MongoDB).
