About This Role
- Manage and monitor networking operations including IP addressing, subnetting, routing, and VPN setup.
- Develop, debug, and optimize Python scripts and perform data handling with file parsing, transformation, and Pandas-based analysis.
- Design, maintain, and optimize MySQL databases and implement communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, DNP3, IEC, ODBC, API, FTP) to ensure system reliability and scalability; act as L2 escalation for issue identification and root cause analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations engineering or system engineering.
- Mandatory technical skills: strong networking knowledge (IP, routing, VPN), proficiency in Python debugging and data handling, solid MySQL database skills including querying and read/write operations.
- Working knowledge of operational tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Freshdesk.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale distributed systems and cloud environments with a focus on operational reliability.
- Familiarity or domain knowledge in renewable energy sectors such as Photovoltaics (PV), Wind, or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead operational initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical applications.
