About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects in banking domain including planning, stakeholder signoff, risk management, and production implementation.
- Maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, and adherence to PM methodology across all phases from BRD to user acceptance.
- Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to prioritize projects, manage dependencies, and ensure resource and vendor management for smooth execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of project management experience in IT sector, specifically in banking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with end-to-end project implementations (minimum 2 projects) involving banking operations and workflows.
- Work Experience Required: 8 to 15 Years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of banking operations, domain workflows, policies, and IT system architecture/design.
- Experienced in managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies with ability to guide teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, vendor governance, risk mitigation, and bridging business-IT process improvements in banking context.
