About This Role
- Lead a team of 8+ technical leaders delivering troubleshooting and technical solutions for Gold and Silver tier publishers in APAC using Google Ad Manager products.
- Act as regional escalation point and advisor for strategic APAC publisher partners, ensuring high-quality issue resolution and solution delivery.
- Drive strategic goals, maintain executive stakeholder relationships, align technical services with customer priorities, and manage senior-level conversations to translate business objectives into technical projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 7 years troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- At least 2 years of people management experience.
- Experience in system design or reading code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to manage and scale technical support teams serving APAC digital advertising customers, particularly in pre/post-sales scenarios.
- Strong domain knowledge of digital advertising products, especially Google Ad Manager and yield management solutions.
- Skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business priorities into technical initiatives with measurable impact.
