About This Role
- Lead strategy, development, and implementation of AI-driven products in payments ecosystem focusing on LLMs and generative AI.
- Define and drive roadmap for generative AI capabilities including fraud detection, customer support automation, and personalised payment experiences.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party LLM platforms securely while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and data privacy laws.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience with at least 1+ year in AI products.
- Experience in payments or fintech is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of generative AI models such as LLMs, transformers, and embeddings with proven B2C or B2B AI/ML product delivery at scale.
- Regulatory and data privacy compliance knowledge including RBI and GDPR requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing AI-powered product development collaborating with cross-functional, regulatory-sensitive teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Background or familiarity with payments ecosystem, risk modeling, fraud analytics, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning LLMs is advantageous.
