About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems and features across the full development lifecycle including prototyping, production deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain scalable AI pipelines and integrations with existing product infrastructure, optimizing for performance and reliability.
- Continuously evaluate, monitor, and improve deployed AI models leveraging latest NLP and LLM techniques to enhance product outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience building and deploying AI or machine learning systems in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Practical experience with NLP, LLMs, or conversational AI implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API integration for AI components.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with independent technical decision-making and ownership of AI projects from experimentation through deployment.
- Skillful in evaluating model performance and applying systematic improvements with a focus on production reliability.
- Comfortable working remotely within U.S. business hours and communicating effectively in asynchronous environments.
