About This Role
- Lead medium-sized initiatives to build scalable, maintainable data and search service architectures supporting AI products and insights.
- Develop, optimize, and tune scalable APIs and advanced search algorithms including vector, lexical, and hybrid search capabilities for AI-driven agentic search solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Cloud teams to enhance search relevancy, integration, and performance aligned with business metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience in IT industry.
- Strong experience in REST API development, performance tuning, and scalable backend web services using Java or Python.
- Proficient in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and working knowledge of storage engines (SQL, NoSQL, Search Engines).
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines; work experience with DevOps practices.

- Experienced in building AI-powered, scalable search infrastructure with strong system architecture skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across data science, product, and cloud teams to deliver integrated search and agentic AI functionalities.
