About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team, focusing on meeting specific business needs.
- Oversee and control all phases of development including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and provide operational support to business users.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor to senior stakeholders and junior analysts, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and managing risk in business decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Technical expertise in Data Warehouse/ETL design and development, MS_SQL databases, Unix shell scripting, Python, and PySpark.
- Experience with IB Products domain and Dealogic Data is mandatory.

- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects with successful delivery in application development environments.
- Experience operating autonomously with independent judgment and acting as SME across applications development.
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders and advise teams in a high-pressure financial technology environment.
