About This Role
- Design and implement scalable, secure AWS infrastructure including multi-account, account-per-customer hosting for Encore ERP and multi-tenant SaaS platform.
- Own creation and maintenance of reusable Terraform modules and AWS infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
- Lead incident response, cloud security compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), FinOps practices, AI-assisted infrastructure change validation, and mentor cloud engineering team members in India.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years hands-on experience in cloud/platform/DevOps engineering with substantial AWS expertise.
- Strong Terraform skills including module development for multi-team use.
- Proficiency in Python or similar for platform automation and experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior engineer comfortable owning large-scale AWS multi-account infrastructure and infrastructure as code standards.
- Demonstrated ability mentoring engineers and coordinating with global (US and India) distributed teams.
- Strong background in cloud security compliance, operational excellence (SLOs, observability), and integrating AI-assisted processes within infrastructure workflows.
