About This Role
- Own the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support of cloud-based healthcare automation software using AI-driven and deterministic rules engine solutions.
- Contribute to the technical and functional roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features on the platform spanning database, backend, and frontend.
- Support production releases 2-4 times monthly and perform production support duties 1-2 times yearly, ensuring implementation and maintenance of information security policies under ISMS guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8+ years of full-time experience in the software development lifecycle with high ownership of full SDLC.
- Proficiency in Java/Groovy and experience building applications using React and JavaScript; TypeScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud development on AWS/Azure and experience with relational (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (Dynamo, Elastic, Mongo) databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex full stack development and comfortable owning delivery from design through production support in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to contribute to architectural and technical decisions with a focus on data-driven, efficient solutions in healthcare AI automation.
- Experience or familiarity with software testing frameworks and security compliance (ISMS) to meet regulatory information security requirements.
