About This Role
- Monitor and maintain virtual and physical IT inventory including device repairs and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Ensure operational reliability by performing system health checks, vulnerability remediation, patching, and capacity management.
- Provide first and second-level technical support collaborating with global teams to resolve hardware and software issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in technical operations or systems engineering including implementation, verification, and system operation.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, server installations, and platforms such as Nutanix, VMware, Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proven experience maintaining Linux and Microsoft Server operating systems in a 24-hour operational support environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or related field preferred.
