About This Role
- Architect and lead end-to-end integration testing and validation strategies for OSS platforms covering multi-vendor ecosystems.
- Design and implement automated validation frameworks for Configuration Management engines and complex database systems including Graph databases and Redis.
- Integrate automated quality gates and continuous regression suites into CI/CD pipelines for telecom service assurance systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering focused on Telecom OSS and Service Assurance systems.
- Strong expertise with Graph databases (e.g., JanusGraph) and Redis including performance validation under high telecom traffic.
- Proficiency in Python or Java for designing test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, TestNG, REST Assured.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related technical field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in telecom service assurance with deep understanding of FCAPS framework and multi-vendor EMS/NMS integration.
- Skilled in validating distributed real-time telemetry systems with complex data persistence and performance requirements.
- Capable of leading quality governance across complex OSS environments and embedding automated validation into DevOps pipelines.
