About This Role
- Manage pre-sales and post-sales support including assistance and follow-up.
- Conduct client meetings both online and offline.
- Contribute to business development activities with emphasis on client interaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-2 years experience; freshers welcome.
- Completed or pursuing BBA-Marketing/Hospitality, BA, BSc or equivalent degree/diploma.
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
- Must be available to work full-time from office in Kolkata (New Town) with 10AM-7PM shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali; written English proficiency.
- Able to maintain polite, soft-spoken, patient, and calm demeanor during client interactions.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in group settings.
