About This Role
- Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Create process and data models; develop requirement documents such as BRDs and FRS.
- Support or lead User Acceptance Testing; build dashboards and reports using SQL and visualization tools; participate in Agile ceremonies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- Strong SQL skills, ability to review Java and Python code, experience with Java and RDBMS.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), spreadsheet modeling, and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating technical concepts across Java, Python, and RDBMS environments for diverse teams.
- Skilled in requirements elicitation, process modeling, data reporting, and Agile project support.
- Comfortable working in a data-driven, technology-focused consulting environment handling complex enterprise solutions.
