About This Role
- Own the business analysis for the Aladdin Wealth platform implementation, including defining business needs across advisory journeys, proposal management, portfolio construction, suitability, and monitoring.
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams and validate delivered workflows and data through UAT with advisors.
- Work with stakeholders including product owners, portfolio managers, Compliance, and Technical Analysts to manage requirements prioritization, process mapping, and control/governance representation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in business analysis or similar role within wealth management, private banking, or asset management.
- Hands-on experience with Aladdin Wealth implementation at scale from the business perspective is mandatory.
- Experience with advisory workflows, proposal management, business rules elicitation, UAT, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Skills with Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, and Excel; SQL skills are advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidate with proven deep knowledge of advisory and discretionary wealth propositions and portfolio management processes within Aladdin Wealth environments.
- Experienced in engaging with investment and Compliance owners without substituting regulated decision-making responsibilities.
- Comfortable operating in complex multi-stakeholder environments requiring precise requirement translation and validation for delivery teams.
