About This Role
- Lead ETL testing and quality assurance efforts for ETL pipelines, data platforms, and cloud-based data engineering solutions.
- Develop and drive test strategy including automation, data validation, and stakeholder engagement in data transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate in Agile delivery environments ensuring data governance, security, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-9 years of ETL testing and data quality assurance experience.
- Strong SQL skills with preference for BigQuery; experience with DBT and automated testing frameworks.
- Educational qualification: BE / BTech degree.
- Experience with Power BI dashboard and DAX testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SQL-based testing and Python scripting within financial services domain.
- Familiarity with data warehouse testing and asset management platforms, specifically Public IBOR/ABOR and Aladdin platform.
- Comfortable managing stakeholders and collaborating across teams in Agile delivery setups.
