About This Role
- Lead ETL testing and quality assurance for data pipelines, platforms, and cloud data engineering solutions.
- Develop and drive test strategy, including automation and data validation for data transformation projects.
- Engage stakeholders and collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy and governance in financial services domain.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-9 years of relevant ETL testing and quality assurance experience, especially with SQL-based data warehouse testing.
- Strong SQL skills, preferably with Big Query; experience with DBT and automated testing frameworks.
- Educational qualification: BE/BTech degree.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Agile delivery, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services domain, specifically with Public IBOR/ABOR or Aladdin data platform knowledge.
- Proficient in Power BI dashboard and DAX testing, Python scripting, and data security/governance awareness.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaborating in Agile environments.
