About This Role
- Support business decision-making by analyzing data, systems, and processes to deliver actionable insights and manage risks.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements, produce documentation (business requirements, functional specs, user stories, test plans), and facilitate collaboration.
- Participate in testing and change management activities to ensure solutions meet requirements and support smooth implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA in finance, international business, or marketing; graduates in technology preferred but not mandatory.
- 2-4 years of business analysis experience in banking, financial services, or insurance; product company experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and understanding of database concepts and data analysis techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in business analysis within BFSI domain, specifically capable of handling cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable working in Agile or Waterfall environments and versed in software and business process modeling.
- Analytical with strong attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a team setting.
