About This Role
- Manage and execute dissemination of Takshashila’s policy research via reels, podcasts, social media, and web content.
- Coordinate content creation including scriptwriting and editing, ensuring accessibility and engagement beyond policy audiences.
- Support events communication and act as liaison between Communications and other departments to maintain timely and relevant outreach.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in communications, content writing, or related roles, preferably in think tanks, media, or non-profits.
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field preferred.
- Proficient in drafting, editing, and proofreading diverse content formats for multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management, basic design tools (e.g., Canva), and video editing software (CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working within research organizations or policy-focused entities preferred, indicating familiarity with translating complex subjects.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, jargon-free content suitable for wide and varied audiences.
- Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders, ensuring cohesive communications across platforms and departments.
