About This Role
- Lead technical architecture, code quality, and decisions across full stack for multiple US/EU client projects.
- Plan, estimate, and deliver end-to-end releases while managing 2+ client projects simultaneously.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-6 developers to ensure smooth, predictable delivery using AI-driven coding, reviews, testing, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient full-stack developer with frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and backend (Node.js/.NET/Java/Python) skills.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IAM.
- Leadership experience handling 5-6 developers and managing 2+ clients simultaneously with direct client exposure (US/EU).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in service or IT consulting environments across company sizes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software quickly with fewer defects and rework.
- Habitual daily user of AI engineering tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve development speed and error reduction.
