About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and low-latency backend microservices handling high throughput and millions of users.
- Architect and operate large-scale distributed systems for real-time data ingestion, machine learning inference, and advanced AI-powered search and agentic workflows.
- Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure production systems meet high standards for scalability, reliability (99.99% availability), performance, and security.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership and expertise in scalable distributed architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and Java programming languages is mandatory.
- Experience designing and operating large-scale, low-latency microservices and distributed data processing pipelines with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra).
- Location: Bengaluru; Work Type: Full-time; Salary Range: INR 30 - 90 LPA.

- Experienced in developing and optimizing backend systems with strict reliability and performance SLAs in high-volume production environments.
- Proven ability to architect complex distributed systems incorporating data processing, machine learning inference, and AI-based search technologies.
- Capable of providing technical leadership on system design, driving cloud infrastructure automation (AWS, Terraform), and mentoring engineering teams to deliver production-grade software.
