About This Role
- Lead technology solutions and development across multiple technical areas within Commercial & Investment Bank.
- Develop, review, and debug secure, high-quality production code using Java and Go in micro-services architecture.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and automation to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Proficient hands-on experience in Java and Go programming languages using micro-services architecture.
- Experience deploying and operating workloads in private Kubernetes and AWS EKS environments.
- Strong database fundamentals with both SQL and NoSQL and experience in SDLC, agile methodologies, CI/CD, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services IT systems with advanced knowledge of application resiliency and security.
- Able to lead adoption and validation of approved AI-assisted software development tools for coding, review, and testing.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes, service mesh, event-driven architectures, and Infrastructure-as-Code automation.
