About This Role
- Design and deliver scalable, secure Java-based microservices/APIs using Spring Boot, with a focus on code quality, testing, and operational stability.
- Develop and operationalize AI agents integrated with engineering workflows, improving productivity through AI-assisted coding tools like Copilot/Claude Code while ensuring security and correctness.
- Apply and improve software engineering processes leveraging AI4Tech capabilities, Kubernetes, and agile methodologies to support critical technology solutions across business functions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced Java development skills with strong knowledge of OO design, concurrency, and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot frameworks (REST APIs, security, persistence), Elastic search, and unit/integration testing.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., Copilot/Claude Code) and building AI agents or LLM-enabled workflows; Python scripting knowledge; Kubernetes experience.
