About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, high-quality backend Java applications using Spring Boot, Kafka, and Kubernetes in an agile environment.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and maintain production stability.
- Provide level 3 support on a 24x7 rotation basis and proactively drive improvements through data analysis and system architecture enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years formal training or applied experience in software engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (17+), Spring Framework, Kafka, Hibernate, RESTful services, Kubernetes, JMS, Oracle SQL, UNIX, and JSON.
- Experience using AI-assisted software development tools to critically evaluate and validate outputs.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced backend developer with in-depth knowledge of Java ecosystem and middleware technologies like Kafka and Kubernetes, capable of handling complex enterprise-grade applications.
- Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted coding tools and improving automation within the SDLC process.
- Able to operate effectively in agile teams with responsibilities for production support and system resiliency in a financial services environment.
