About This Role
- Provide oversight of operational risk and control execution across Public Markets, Private Markets, and Credit sectors.
- Maintain and standardize operational control frameworks, monitor key performance indicators and incidents, and coordinate root cause analysis and remediation efforts.
- Coordinate audit processes, escalate risks, and produce cross-sector control reporting to support governance and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in investment operations controls, operational risk, audit quality, or related first-line control functions.
- Strong knowledge of investment operations controls including trade processing, corporate actions, collateral, private credit, accounting, valuation support, and data controls.
- Experience with tools such as Data Fabric, Tableau, Excel, SQL databases, control repositories, issue trackers, and SOC audit documentation.
- Work Experience Required: 10 years in relevant control or risk functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational risk management within investment operations across multiple asset sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to challenge and influence stakeholders without retained decision rights.
- Familiar with coordinating complex audit and risk governance activities and driving process standardization or automation.
