About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of IBM i (AS400) systems ensuring system availability, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor system environment to promptly troubleshoot technical issues and support backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and compliance records to support stable system operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in IBM i (iSeries/AS400) operations administration.
- Strong experience in managing IBM iSeries environments including hardware/software installation and configuration.
- Proficiency in disaster recovery planning and execution related to AS400 systems.
- Willingness to work in 24X7 shifts.

- Experienced operator with knowledge of IBM i OS and related technologies to maintain high system uptime.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven to develop operational procedures and maintain compliance documentation.
- Adaptable to 24X7 operational environment with ability to quickly resolve system performance or operational issues.
