About This Role
- Manage day-to-day Talent Acquisition Operations for Japan, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Own stakeholder communications, operational requests, escalations, and deliver consistent service.
- Collaborate with Asia Pacific teams on process improvements, reporting, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant operations experience in areas such as Operations, HR Operations, Sales Operations, Shared Services, or Customer Support.
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or equivalent professional fluency.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years; Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India; Employment: 12-month contract with potential renewal.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing operational activities with a dependable and detail-oriented style, handling priorities and escalations independently.
- Familiarity with Japanese stakeholders and Japan operations or recruitment coordination is a plus.
- Comfortable working in hybrid mode and collaborating across regional APAC teams for operational improvements.
