About This Role
- Own end-to-end customer onboarding and support processes to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and SLA compliance for Valocity’s property decisioning platform.
- Manage and build relationships with the Valuer community across geographies, including training, trust-building, and feedback to product teams for innovation.
- Leverage data and systems to improve customer experience, identify operational gaps, and collaborate cross-functionally with BD, product, and marketing teams to support business growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in Valuer Management or Valuation processes, including leading customer onboarding/support teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Experience managing Valuer functions within mortgage lending or banking environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (ideally Hubspot) for support and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing valuation professionals and understanding mortgage valuation workflows in a financial services or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in deepening customer relationships leading to increased revenue and service adoption.
- Skilled in building and refining customer onboarding and support systems within a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.
