About This Role
- Lead day-to-day operations, governance, and performance management of Life Sciences Consulting Practice to drive growth and delivery excellence.
- Manage practice KPIs including utilization, revenue, margins, forecasting, and business planning aligned with US business hours.
- Collaborate closely with US leadership and multiple internal teams to execute strategic initiatives, pipeline management, and capability building across pharma, biotech, medtech, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and digital domains.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years experience in consulting operations, practice management, delivery leadership, or business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences consulting and global business operations with experience engaging US-based stakeholders.
- Must be available and able to align work hours with US business hours.

- Experienced leader in managing consulting practice operations with proven track record in financial and delivery metrics achievement.
- Strategic operator comfortable working across cross-functional global teams with strong stakeholder management skills, especially with US clients and leadership.
- Domain expertise in Life Sciences sectors including Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Digital, with capability-building orientation.
