About This Role
- Manage accounting operations team to achieve SLA targets and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end financial processes including people cost management, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities within accounting operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Commerce Graduate degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in accounting operations.
- Experience working with Oracle/ERP systems is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven accounting operations with attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (macro knowledge preferred) and comfortable handling multiple data formats and large data volumes.
- Capable of working independently and cross-functionally with controllers and finance teams.
