About This Role
- Lead and support a team of analysts ensuring timely and accurate Loan Operations and Fund Services processes.
- Manage key performance indicators (KRIs and KPIs), escalate issues, and coordinate with external vendors and clients for resolution.
- Drive business initiatives including migration of tasks, client conversions, and staff development including hiring and coaching.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor or Master level degree.
- 4+ years experience in Financial Services with people leadership responsibilities.
- Product knowledge of Domestic, Global and OTC security markets including Fixed Income and derivatives.
- Experience with Hedge or Mutual Funds; professional accounting designation is an asset.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Loan Operations teams within financial services or fund administration environment.
- Strong command over risk assessment and operational process improvements related to Loan Administration.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and transitions.
