About This Role
- Finance business partnering with Walmart US Commercial Finance teams focusing on financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
- Drive financial planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with actionable insights on risks and opportunities.
- Lead stakeholder discussions and support FP&A processes compliance, governance, and finance transformation using tools like SAP, Power-BI, and GenAI.
Minimum Requirements
- CA qualification with 5–6 years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field OR equivalent 2-4 years accounting/finance experience as a minimum educational requirement.
- Hands-on experience with AI, financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, OneStream, Power-BI, and advanced Excel skills.
- Work Experience Required: 5–6 years in financial planning & analysis domain explicitly mentioned.
