About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions leveraging Azure cloud and LLM-based applications.
- Build and customize autonomous AI agents using LLMs, APIs, and frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel for complex workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement RAG-based solutions, multi-agent orchestration, and integrate ML models for AI-driven inference and feedback loops.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data roles including Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- At least 3 years of experience developing AI/ML systems, with 1+ year in agent-based architectures or LLM-enabled automation.
- Proficiency in Python, ML libraries, and experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing modular AI agents with strong expertise in NLP, prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, and decision systems.
- Familiar with cloud environments, particularly Azure AI services and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.
- Able to contribute technically to team growth with strong quantitative problem-solving and strategic vision.
