- Owns governance and continuous improvement of product costing processes and tools across the region.
- Leads cost analysis to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to business leaders.
- Manages cross-functional collaboration including SAP system changes, audits, regulatory compliance, and team performance to ensure consistent costing practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, typically 5+ years.
- Intermediate SAP product costing knowledge with extensive application experience.
- Experience in process governance, cost analysis, and stakeholder management in product costing.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years relevant experience.

- Experienced leader capable of managing a team to meet operational and compliance goals in product costing.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills especially with finance, operations, supply chain, and IT (SAP projects).
