About This Role
- Own the end-to-end product design process including user research, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design complex fintech and B2B SaaS digital product experiences focusing on usability, accessibility, and business alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to validate design decisions using user research and product analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design.
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or equivalent portfolio/practical experience.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or FigJam.
- Experience designing digital products in fintech, consumer technology, or B2B SaaS domains.

- Demonstrates strong end-to-end product design capabilities and measurable design outcomes as evidenced by portfolio.
- Skilled in simplifying complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces into intuitive user experiences.
