About This Role
- Coordinate and monitor middle-mile transportation activities between warehouses and distribution centers ensuring timely and compliant pharmaceutical shipments.
- Manage cold-chain logistics with responsibility for temperature-controlled transportation, adherence to GDP standards, and resolution of temperature excursions.
- Track operational KPIs, drive process improvements, resolve logistics issues, and maintain coordination with transporters, warehouse teams, and partners to ensure reliable supply chain performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in middle-mile logistics, transportation management, warehouse operations, or pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
- Knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical logistics including cold-chain management, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and temperature-sensitive product handling.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru; Salary range: INR 10-15 LPA.

- Experienced in middle-mile transportation with strong operational oversight on shipment planning, route coordination, and warehouse-to-warehouse movement.
- Familiar with pharmaceutical supply chain operations and regulatory compliance specifically GDP and temperature monitoring.
- Skilled at managing cross-functional coordination including third-party logistics, transporters, and warehouse teams to optimize service levels and resolve operational challenges.
