About This Role
- Own end-to-end data extraction, cleaning, loading, and reconciliation for new client payroll, tax, and benefits onboarding.
- Ensure accuracy and validation of payroll, tax, 401(k), and benefits data prior to client first payroll runs.
- Maintain audit trails and update project management/ticketing systems with current task status and notes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in payroll data, payroll operations, or related HR data roles.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, data cleanup, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of US payroll concepts including gross-to-net, deductions, federal/state taxes, and YTD totals required.
- Must be able to work US business hours and onsite in India.

- Experienced in handling complex US payroll, tax, 401(k), and benefits deduction data with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working within defined processes and escalating data inconsistencies clearly to US teams.
- Demonstrates accountability over data accuracy impacting client payroll and compliance outcomes.
